I'm still trying to sort out my problems with Payplan - I did eventually get a reply back to the email I sent last night but that wasn't until this afternoon and by the time I replied back the office was almost due to close so not surprised they didn't get back.
I'm waiting to see if they will accept what I have put forward. If not, I have no idea what I shall do.
