I was with Payplan for the whole 72 month term of my IVA.
Yes, the Case Officers change a lot, but apart from yearly income and expenses form, I only contacted them once in the 6 years.
I received my Completion Certificate about 6 weeks after completion.
I would certainly recommend

It does vary Austin according to the terms of your individual IVA.

My original 60 month plan was extended as I couldnt free up enough equity at month 60 to pay the lump sum I originally agreed.

Hi, I have been with Payplan for the last 5 years and am just waiting for completion certificate from them. I have to admit I have not had any problems with them at all, I have had about 4 CO's over the course of the IVA but I have had my last one for the last 2 years and he has been brilliant, always replying to any email the same day, and as Mel says they are a big company and bound to have a higher staff turnover and reshuffles than some of the smalller companys, and its good to see they have arranged the mass variation meeting to address the issues of VAT & PPI refunds and case closures with the creditors.
