Can anyone from Payplan please tell me when I will be able to login to Payplan plus.

I have been in my IVA for 2 years and I keep getting fobbed off with the reply that self employed people are not allowed access to Payplan plus, but they are changing the system to allow it.

1: This is the same reply I have been getting for the last 18 months and still no change.

2. More importantly, I am NOT self employed. Mt Husband is self employed, but it is my IVA and not his, so why am I being denied access still?

If you're not self-employed then I can't see why you can't have access. Not that I know what Payplan plus is to be fair but I'm sure others will and maybe be able to offer you some reassurance.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

sounds like a good resource to keep your eye on things, certainly could be useful. Well worth explaining you want a login as you're not self-employed and it is your IVA.

I wonder why this service is not made readily available to all Payplan customers? I have an IVA with Paylan and have not been told about it . Although having said that I am in a joint IVA with my husband and he is self employed .

It does not make sense to have a system which is not available to self-employed clients. I wonder if Samuel, the Payplan representative could come on to the forum and explain what the differences are for both sets of clients.
