Payplan and completion certificates

Is there anybody who has a IVA with Payplan and completed in the last 3 to 4 months had a completion certificate through yet ?

Hi! I completed over 4 months ago and have been informed that the completion certificate will take another 3 months due to the VAT returns!! I had a letter to say that payplan decided to suspend all completions from Jan 12 until vat sorted! How bizarre then for the case officers to tell me in Feb 12 that my cc would take between 8-12 weeks!! Mmmm that information doesn't quite tally then! Good luck and I hope u receive yours soon

I've had the same response, posted yesterday about this. Would have been nice to have been informed of the delay.

HI Phil I am also with payplan and was told that completion would be 2-3 months. On that basis I should receive it next month....
I have received a letter however stating that my arrangement has been satisfied. best of luck
