Hi Folks,
I have been checking my top up card balance all day and the money that I loaded yesterday hadn't been credited by 4pm.

So I emailed customer services and this is the reply that I received:
I apologise for the delay you have experienced in funds being loaded
onto your PayPal Top Up Card. Due to system complication arising over
the weekend we were unable to process any payment for Monday morning.
We have been working around the clock to rectify the situation and all
payments will be fully processed and available on the Top Up Cards by
the end of the day.
I have just checked my balance and its now been credited with the money that I loaded yesterday.[8D]

So apart from the glitch that they mentioned it does seem that it is 'next business day delivery' for any monies loaded from your Paypal account which is extremely fast.[:D]

Now to go to the petrol station and see if everything's ok with it being used at the till.

Will do, I've also made sure that I've got a twenty pound note in my pocket in case of any 'problems'[:I]

Yep, used it at Tescos and everything was ok so I think that I will be loading my petrol onto it every payday.
Much better than handing over my debit card...[^]

Thats nice to hear, one day top up on paypal prepaid cards...but I think a none prepaid card in the form of a Masetro UK bank issue debit card with an immediately P.O upload, with no restrictions in how many times you do it is still the best option. Hence I have not applied for this Paypal prepaid card

I think prepaid cards are not 100% reliably, I once had a situation whereby Pay point wouldn't upload it. Customer services replied later that there wasn't a problem with the card??...Also it wouldn't work in Safeways?? I spurned the card since -Ministry of sound card. There are just the odd glitchs which makes them an occassional nightmare.....cashplus is my only trusted prepaid card.

Whats a 'Twenty Pound Note'????
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

It's one of those things you used to have Ray..........in the dim and distant past![:D]
