I have had to speak to Paypal a couple of times(not recently though) and have had no problem with them.

Apologies - for me it was Ebay, not Paypal! They seemed to think it was acceptable to fail to tell me that my account had been hacked and just changed the log in details. It took me ages to get it sorted, and speaking to a intelligent human being at Ebay is nigh on impossible!

Avoid these prepaid cards now, they can never offer the back office customer support that a visa debit or masetro/electron can provide, and many people can get them, I have 4 V.D cards and that is not an exceptional case.

Get yourself a Natwest solo account then get the new visa card....just like it was before the IVA....Prepaid cards are a joke....as soon as my cash plus expires that's the end of it.

I will argue with you there - I am currently having problems with Nationwide and my new card so I don't think you can just blame the prepaid card companies for poor customer service.

For some people this sort of card is a bit of a security blanket - you know that you cannot go overdrawn - you can with a debit card.

A lot of people like them.

Skip - I've had to phone Ebay in the past and have had no problems with their customer service.
