IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Creditors meeting was yesterday and variation was agreed [:)]
Payments made to date accepted as full and final settlement.
To say we are pleased is an understatement [:)]
The 2 modficications were...
1)IP receive less fees than originally agreed and
2)IP complete all the admin within 6 months
IP said on the phone yesterday that we will have closure certificate or something within 6 months.
I'm amazed how straight forward it all was. I honestly believed it was all too good to be true and that it would not be accepted. How wrong I was.
Thank you to everyone on here for their advice. It was a big help.

Great news Lord Carson. As with you, my experience with GT has, so far, been positive and they really helped with my payments to date F&F. I might add that they actually took a lower fee than the ceiling applied by creditors.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

My F&F with GT was very smooth and they were so helpful, that was feb 2013, but since then rubbish company, no CC, no reply to emails,
