hey all ,have just returned my iva pack to dfd,i cant make all of my contractual payments (thats why im here!)should i make some contractual payments,token payments or just no payments at all? the phone is gonna ring no matter what.will the meeting of creditors judge on if i tried to make some payment at least?

DFD should have advised you of what you should do.
I always advise to stop making payments
I am sure Declan will post as response shortly

I made no payments either. It will make do difference as to whether you are accepted or not.

I personally made no token payments and would check with your IP what their policy in this respect.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
