As a self employed person with several credit cards I wish to know if your site has information on trying to reclaim the payment protection that I have paid on a monthly basis on each of my cards for many years. I believe, having read an article elsewhere, that I was mis-sold this protection and am entitled to claim it back.
If successful in claiming it back the figure received would help in reducing my credit card debt without the need for IVA

I believe that John Tegg who is a regular poster on the forum is involved in claims assistance - or he may be able to suggest someone who does.

I am in the same boat. I believe I was mis-sold the cover as I never asked for this or signed for it and it was only whilst going through last 5 years statements noticed that it totalled up to an amount of around £900.00. I am currently trying to claim this back on the above basis with Lloyds TSB.
