Thanks - just spotted that. Two of my creditors are TIX (HBOS/Halifax and HSBC). Is that likely to work in my favour or against me?

They tend to be very supportive but currently are tending to seek modifications looking for (relatively) small increases in contribution

The TIX boys becoming a powerful cartel of creditors.I think for every IVA where they are the majority voter they have asked for more! And they don't like No for an answer...

Food prices have recently gone up by as much as 20% due to the increase in corn in the whole food production cycle and the credit market and inflation thing.

'Over' inflated I/E in IVAs will be under inflated in 2008.

The Inflation pay increase is only 2.5%...way below cost of living rises creditors need to acknowledge these FACTS.

If they want 9/10 people to go BR instead of IVA where the OR is lenient towards Exspenditure then the creditors seem to be going in the right direction![V]and get nothing back

Well said Skipper.... it does seem that this upping of pressure on the debtor cannot be productive. If the margins allowed for living become unrealistic due to inflationary pressures, surely more IVA's will fail and nobody gains!
