paying off iva early

so let me get this straight in my head, if i owe 27k and by beginning of Oct i will have paid back£7k - leaving £20k. The offer i have had is £16k from my relative, is that a reasonable offer that has a chance of being accepted.

You will have to ask your own IP that question, as I have insufficient information about your case to be able to advise on the forum. But could you confirm whether the £27k represents your total creditors or the amount of contributions you have left to pay.

27k is the total amount that i owed to my creditors.

Then £16k does appear to be a reasonable offer of settlement - but only your IP can give real guidance on this.
