As I work in IT we have to do all the exams before we can teach them so am always on some course or other, as I work within a College all training is encouraged and free within Staff Development, in September I want to begin training to become a Skills for Life Tutor as there is a lot of funding around at the moment for this area and feel for me it's the way to go. Hopefully my application will be accepted.

Thats great Lesley - it does help to have supportive employees. I'm lucky I make the majority of the decisions here, but if a course is expensive I do have to put it to the directors, who generally see my point. I'm good at nagging lol.
