The VAT issue is irrelevant as it can be addressed after the IVA has been closed just as will happen in countless closed cases since 2007.
Rob.
Take the point up with your IP about the breach of the IVA and ask for confirmation that they will indemnify you against any loss as a result of the extension.
Jessica.
I would give you the same advice as Rob.

I have noticed on other postings that DFD for example are still closing their files as are we and I would be curious to see what the other firms are doing.
I have already done it! Funnily they havent replied instantly this time, I'm guessing they dont have a standard response for my request.

Furious!
Any joy Jessica..

i did the same - used the surname and first letter of first name.

Sometimes these data bases throw up more information with less input

Hi. At worst they can hold the VAT element of the fees in the IVA account and distribute tham later, according to whatever is decided. There is no reason whatsovever to withold completion. I would institute a formal complaint via the company complaint procedure, and in the meatime, ask them for details of their regulators as you wish to pursue the complaint with the regulator if Tenon cannot deal with it.

If I don’t get a satisfactory reply from my IP then I will be considering making a formal complaint.

That is one of the questions I have just asked my IP.
Am I still open to the T&C of the agreement with regard to windfall, overtime and bonus payments?

I believe that whilst the IVA is still open you are bound to pay across any windfalls etc.
