Lets hope you get it sorted. It will be interesting to see what has happened.

Hi
I am sure that IPs have to have seperate accounts for clients money and that there is a bond to protect clients money.I am sure that this will be an admin problem and that you have not lost three months payments.
Let us know how you get on

I will investigate this further tomorrow when the Companies House website is up and running, but you have nothing to worry about as your IVA will continue in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Well , here it is so far! I managed to speak to someone from Knights/UKW limited and was told that Barry Knights had retired from being an IP and my account was indeed transferred to Chantrey Vellacott on the 26th February. The big problem is that they didn't bother to tell me ( or the others I am guessing ) so I continued with the standing order for the account Knights set me up in the very beginning. The first I knew of any of this was Saturday when the letter from Chantrey arrived. Today I was told by Knights that that could be one of the accounts that was ' frozen ?? ' She then advised me to call Chantrey and speak to them. I tried , the two names on the letter that I received were both ' out of the office ' today and the receptionist said there was no-one else I can talk to . If they don't call me back in the morning after all the messages I have left I will be a tad fed up to say the least ! Minor progress I know but as you had been so helpfull I thought I had better keep you up to date.

Jase

Well at least it is a litte clearer now. Hopefully you will be able to speak to the other firm tomorrow and sort things out.

Really bad of your original firm not to let you know though.
