Ive been looking at my proposal (once again) and I see that my dividend in IVA p in £ is 45p. Is this good? Also in month 54 when I will have to release equity it is down that it will be only for £4,130, which sounds ok, but doubt very much that I would be able to re-morgage. So I would be hoping to offer them more with a F&F (gift from my mother). Does this all sound ok?
This is all assuming and hoping that my IVA gets accepted next week.

Thats a good dividend so dont worry.

If you are unable to remortgage then you could offer a F&F with funds from your mother.

excellent divi,if your mam funds the equity amount that should be fine.a full and final offer has to conclude the overall arrangement.you dont need to offer more,a offer smaller than the original dividend plus the equity release if reasonable are generally accepted.

mumofthree - your dividend is significantly higher than the one I'm putting forward. I'm sure you'll be fine. Good luck.

My creditors' meeting is on the 3rd March, so shortly after yours. I'll have all my fingers and toes crossed by then. :)

The equity will be calculated during the final year, and could rise or fall depending upon the value of your property. However if your Mum is going to help you out with this all should be well.
