Your payments will only increase if there is additional surplus available at the end of each year which has not been absorbed by additional costs.

Melanie. I am a teacher and our wages go up in points. I wont get another point now for two years. I was also on supply when I took out IVA

OK, so I can understand the increase, but I still don't understand why your IP has been so unfair. I have spoken to an old friend who still works in the company and he is going to have a look at this for you on Monday. Dig in on this, your creditors accepted a dividend based upon lower payments and, whilst you do accept that you will have to increase your payments, this should not be at the expense of your daughter's further education.
