Hi, I've just had a letter from the OR asking for 'receipts and payments regarding your failed IVA'. Well I sent them all the paperwork I had regarding the IVA so I'm not sure what they need? I also assumed they would contact DFD for anything they needed? Not if I need to contact DFD and ask them for anything more to pass on??

They seem to be asking for a copy of your IP's final report to creditors. Have DFD formally ceased to act yet?

Hi Melanie, DFD sent me an annual report to my creditors which stated on there that the IVA was in arrears, but said nothing about us having gone bankrupt? I passed this on to the OR last week. DFD know we have gone bankrupt, but have sent nothing to say they have ceased to act. They said it could be 6 months before we get a certificate of completion.

They should be in the process of closing your case by now. Give them a ring on Monday and see why this has not yet been done.
