Hello it's PigsInSpace here back with another ID after probs logging in!

Just to let you all know that everything turned out fine. I actually got a callback from Sam as she likes to be called. from their review team contact centre in............... Mauritius!
She was really friendly and helpful and gave the impression of being on my side so to speak as in "I don't want you paying too much".
There is no extra payment, and the final scheduled one went through.
I made the final payment manually over the phone as I have a new card (sounded like Glasgow this time!) , and after that I was put through to the closure team in the big M who seemed clueless as in "Final payment.....what is this please?"
Anyhow it all shows as done on the app and as advised I have emailed Sam.
Just awaiting the paperwork.
Still much work to be done in the big M it seems but not by me thank goodness.

A very big piggy thanks to all of you on this forum especially Foggy, as without Sam's email address I don't think this would have been so easy and I might indeed have ended up paying too much!

Cheers!
