hello again, I would like to thank everyone in this forum and forgive me for using three user names, Patericia and tuta. I am so happy to tell you that my F&F has been accepted yesterday, without this form, I will never know there is something called F&F. the knowledge I had from you is priceless, wish you all the success and I promise you I will still visit the form as long as I live. thanks to Mel, Micheal, Kallis, and everyone who helped me.

So glad it's worked out for you.

My full and final variation is set for next Monday (22nd). I've booked the day off of work ready.

I agree with you about all the help and advice offered on this forum - just wish I'd found it before I entered in to an IVA.

Take care

Sus

Hi tuta,

You need to obtain a copy of your credit record from all three agencies, Experian, Equifax and Call Credit. Check to see if there are any defaults registered after the date of IVA acceptance and write to those creditors to tell them to remove the defaults. Send a copy of your completion letter.

I wouldn't worry about letting the agencies know that you have completed as the IVA will stay on your file for the full six years and then drop off.
