This is my first posting although I have been visiting and reading the posts on here for months now. Yesterday I had my IVA agreed Thank God!! I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Melinie Giles and her team for being so helpful and speedy while putting my case together.

I had a debt of £48000 spilt between 4 creditors
£5500 MBNA
£2500 AMEX
£13000 EGG
£270000 Natwest

MBNA voted against the IVA
AMEX and EGG didnt vote and Natwest voted yes with some modifications
(an extra £40 and half my bonus I get at work)

So each month I am now paying £450

Melanie made me feel confident that I would get a yes otherwise she would of guided me into another direction im sure.

Although I am now in an IVA and I feel relieved, I still slightly nervous for the future.

For anyone that is worried about their debt problems just keep reading on this forum and you will soon find the answer and the confidence you need to face them.

Thanks everyone

Great news....
I am not surprised with MBNA they hardly vote Yes these days. But Egg's response now that's strange they didn't vote.

Lenders are are completely unpredictable....IP have to double guess them - organised chaos
