I am with Varden Nuttall in Bury, Manchester. After I rang them to find out what was happening I actually had a call from my credit controller (who I have never spoken to before) chasing the cheque the next day!! Flaming cheek. I will be making a formal complaint about this and lots of other things that have happened over the last 2 years, the communication has been virtually nill and I have had an unnecessarily stressful experience with them through an already hard time. I just get the impression they have forgotten about me. I am hoping my Dad will get to the bottom of exactly we are supposed to do now to get this resolved and finished finally!
