Ah, what lovely posts, thank you again. You've all just cheered me up as I've just got back from the solicitor and there is so much to consider, my mind is boggling! Won't bore you but one or two things need sorting so it's only 99.9% gonna sell. I'm keeping positive. I really love you all[:I] you're such a special bunch.[:)]

Just got the call I was waiting for, so it's 100% full steam ahead. I can kind of relax this weekend now. Phew! X

Oh viki, that's great news, pity she doesn't need a manager, if you could deal with working there still.
Enjoy your weekend, you deserve it, [:)]

Mind you, it probably wouldn't be good to be working under a boss in a restaurant you used to own!

Well done Viki... :o)

one word of advice...keep the buyer at a professional distance until the deal is nearly done! keep her interest up by not letting her get too involved in the business and staff until shes about to sign on the dotted line!

When we sold our business ,the lady buying it did a few "trail days" ,bumped into another lady in our shop (who wanted to buy the shop but couldnt afford it,she didnt mention that point to our buyer though!) and the lady told our buyer" she would be making the worst mistake in her life if she bought our business!"
luckily after much consideration, our buyer still went ahead and bought our business,..and has done very well from the business!

Keep an air of mystery!!

Well done Viki, glad it's sorted out. A new begining and chance to start again.

I'm glad to return and see that there is an offer. JPJ gives you excellent advice about keeping the purchaser at bay - and that includes posting on the forum about sensitive information, as you never know who might be looking in! I will chat to you about this next week as we decide how to proceed with your case.

Ah thank you Melanie, I hope you had a fantastic holiday and I look forward to discussing everything with you this week. Have I said anything I shouldn't have done? I'm worried now. Viki X
