Hey Viki

Glad o hear you can finally start moving forward, although I'm not pleased that you got such a low offer. Hope you are okay a bit of a double edged sword for you - seems we have both had a bit of a rubbishy week!!

I just wanted to echo the posts above.
Best of luck with your F&F. Put it all behind you and hold your head up high.

This does not have to be the end. Make it a new beginning instead xxxx

Ah, thank you Mrs Skint, I guess it is a new beginning, I wish I knew what to do but I'm sure it will come to me......I think I've posted before that I will have to re-invent myself![:X]

You all make sense in each of your posts, thanks for that. Viki X

Ah thanks Cath, unfortunately I lost my Mum a few years ago. We both set the restaurant up together so it's very sentimental, probably why I'm so upset. Life goes on though, I'm trying to be positive. Viki X

Viki

I'm so sorry about your mum (i think i've confused myself after reading another post, so do apologise). It's bound to be a very emotional time for you, but i'm sure your mum would be very proud of you. Here's to a brighter debt free future for you

Good luck

Hi Viki I'm sorry that the offer was so low but you now have a fresh start. No more worries about the restaurant. Onwards and upwards.

Congratulations on your offer Viki. I am really chuffed for you. I noted that the offer was not as good as you had hoped for, but you will probably be in a much worse situation (both mentally and financially) should an offer not materialised. Hopefully this can be you new start and you can now look forward to the rest of your life.

Best of luck,

Glen

Hi Viki,

I'm sorry the offer wasn't as much as you wanted, but you can be sure that your mum will be happy about you being freed from the burden of debt and would want that you're able to make a new start, happy, healthy and debt free.

The restuarant may be sentimental because you built it up with your mum, but the physical restuarant is only material things. The memories, love between you and your mum, the fun, the laughter, the excitement, are all the sentimental things in the resturant and you haven't sold those and would never be able to because they are priceless.

Hi Viki,
So glad you've had the offer and can now move forward with your F & F. Sorry it was such a low offer but it is the chance of a new begining. Your mum would be proud of you for working so hard to get out of financial difficulties and for supporting everyone here on the site. She will always be with you and sending you love.
Hold your head up high you are a super person and if you feel like shedding a tear for the past do - it's an important part of moving forward and part of the greiving process.
Love & hugs,
Chardonnay
