Now beginning a new IVA but have modification that I have to seek full time employment ?

hi im in a failed iva but now in beging a new oe but have been tolt that I need to seek full time employment as a modification...?

The word here is 'seek' ... you need to demonstrate your looking for fulltime work. I would also demonstrate how working full time will increase outgoings such as additional childcare/travel etc and the impact on your disposable income.

This is quite a common condition and Lulu is absolutely right. Provide what you can to your IP when you do the annual review and this will be sufficient.

Agree to the condition as it is only "to seek full time work" - doesn't mean it will be achieved and if it does the cost of childcare, travel etc. will far outweigh the income
