Almost the same, Equifax shifted my IVA to the NOC when it completed rather than at six years. Of course there it will stay unless you ask for it to be moved which you can do as the matrix says...And here's the good bit they can do it on the spot. I had an online £2 report, you could but don't call the 0845 number advertised and get through to some pile of rubbish call centre from god knows where, they'll give you some gip about email and we'll get back to you in 28 days Or you call Equifax on 0870 2401170 and they will remove it on the spot! I logged back on to my equifax report 30 seconds later and it had been removed.
To my suprise, they were polite, I was understood why it should not be there and it was dealt with.
