Hiya pammie and welcome.
Why not have a look at some of the blogs on the site, it may answer a few of your questions and give you an idea of what will happen and what to expect.

Welcome Pammy,

You will find everything you need on here. You will also find friends who are, or who have been, in the same position as you. It's a great place to let off steam or ask questions. The experts are aways there if you have a problem.

Hi Pammy ... welcome to the Forum and good for you for having taken the first steps to addressing your debt problems.

From personal experience I can say that ahead lies a journey and it's best to take it from day to day ... but we are all here to help you along the way so feel free to ask questions as and when they arise.

All the best

Debbie

Hi Pammy.
All the vey best to you. The forum is a great place to get support and ask anything that you are unsure of. Also your Ip is there for that as well so if anything worries you ask.
It seems like such a lot to do at the start but it will be worth it in the end.
