Hi Lisa, I don't think they have heard anything yet - I emailed to see if anyone had voted and they said not yet. my creditors use TIX so ive heard that they usually vote on the day ? is that your experience with them?

TIX are companies that vote for IVA's. Nothing to worry about.

Hi kallis its just my partners ip cant get hold of someone in the insolvency department of lloyds to get them to vote on his full and final and iv never heard of TIX.

Yes TIX do usually vote last minute I'm afraid so you will probably have to wait until Monday. Never mind not long to go.

Karen - TIX stands for The Insolvency Exchange. They are a Company that act on behalf of creditors who have debts owed by insolvent entities.

They lodge claims and proxies on behalf of the creditors and liaise with the IPs.

NERVES!!!! Monday at 2pm!

I am doing dry January but have a feeling that bottle of red I was bought for Christmas will be getting opened. I am so nervous

If it does get accepted... And payplan hold to cc due to the court case...do I still have to declare payrise or bonus etc if I got one? I have a annual pay review in Feb u see every year

Payrise and bonus I don't think so - it's just PPI or windfalls you would have to declare before your CC.
