It shouldn't make any difference. I was checking my credit report every day (waiting for things to drop off) and both Experian and Equifax confirmed it wouldn't affect my credit score.
santander cards checked my file in Oct last year a few days before my completion certificate was issued; not sure why as i havnt applied for credit; i think debenhams card is now owned by Santander who were one of my creditors so perhaps they were looking for some reason ?

I'm still trying to access my account and in contact with their admin who seem very efficient but a bit confusing for us both as to why I have no access and they're telling me my mothers maiden name isn't what it is?? mmmmmm
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
