There is also the think money managed account which has a higher monthly charge than Secure Trust or Clearcash but has the added advantage of two seperate accounts, where the one that is for bills etc is ring fenced so you cant spend it. It also comes with faster payments, a named money manager and an online budgeting forcest tool and text services which Clearcash and secure trust dont appear to offer at the moment
i applied for co-op cashminder account 2 wks ago and it all went through fine, so may be u could try them i had to go to the branch though as when i rung up they said they couldnt do it over the phone. they were really helpful and i told them before applying that i was in an iva. hope this helps.
