Hi all, had my IVA approved this week (via Payplan) and just happened upon this site so thought id sign up & say hello :)

congrats smithy 81 welcome to the forum i was with payplan they looked after me good company,concluded my iva with them this year with a f&f offer.there customer care team were always on hand when i needed advice.

Welcome to the forum Smithy81. For the benefit of others any chance you could let us know who some of your creditors were and how the voting went? Its always handy for people to see creditors decision making when debt is involved.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Hi Paul, my IVA was approved by the smallest of margins, 75.7% !
My creditors were HSBC, MBNA, Abbey, Northern Rock & Natwest overdraft.
Northern Rock rejected.
Was previously in a DMP, which MBNA played very hard ball at tryin to squeeze as much out of me as poss, but oddly enough they welcomed the IVA?!
