I sleep reasonably well most of the time (without the aid of Ovaltine!!) although there are times I'll wake up about 3am and not be able to get back to sleep.

I have some Ovaltine in the cupboard - it's yummy just keep forgetting to make it... maybe tonight is the night!
Or maybe tomorrow with Xfactor - that's my entertainment to take me through to Christmas. I love the cosy nights in with my boys... and now everything is going to get so much better.
Is it just me... it's september and I think I have all the time in the world to prepare for Christmas... next thing I know it December and not a cracker bought. Any tips on preparing for the Xmas festivities....?
I don't drink it often, Nestle cappuccino is my favourite and the best thing for is when I go Christmas shopping with my daughter (we have a day out every year in Birmingham) and Starbucks is first stop for an eggnog latte - I love that!!
