Hi, so glad to hear things are moving.

1st, i'm positive that Mel wouldn't want you to stop posting, you've read Kalls message. not sure why you can't find your other posts.

it is important to have some support especially if you can't confide in family.

you might feel better writing to creditors, but your IP will do that too. from what you've said a IVA is better for you, "wobbles" are understandable. the situation is often dire by the time we're looking into a IVA.

have you got a new basic bank account set up? stand firm if the collecter calls now,you must treat all creditors the same& you need your emergency fund.

let us know how you're doing& when you get a date.
have a good day getting things sorted now[:)],well done x

[:D][:D]

We had just one letter today and that was for my daughter! It's brilliant.

I have been washing and ironing and then have to go out to the 3 shop and sort out the internet on my phone - I've totally lost it yet again!!

Sorry, Rosepetal, I just cannot get the picture of you, out on your scooter, struggling with "wind problems", out of my mind !!!!! ( and not the weather variety either)

I will be responding to tajsiva's e-mail to me received yesterday, when the member of staff who was dealing with her case returns from annual leave on Monday.

I don't get offended from current or past clients posting issues about me or my firm on the forum. I am running a business at the end of the day, as as the owner of that business I enjoy the rewards but have to take the responsibility if things go wrong as well. As one of the main forum posters, I set myself up for open and public criticism due to the open nature of my posting, but prefer to lead from the front rather than have other staff members posting for me. This will ocassionally leave me in the firing line - but it is part of the job and I will continue to strive for excellence within the companies under my control.

I understand most of the background of this particular case now, but will not comment further until I have spoken to the staff member concerned.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
