I'm with O2 - and originally signed up directly with them. However, I recently renewed an O2 contract via CPW, without problems.

Just read your post bridge. I am with t mobile and just upgraded my phone last week. I cancelled my contract last week to keep my options open and within 24 hours had a phone call from t mobile with some fantastic offers. I now have a new Samsung note 3 at no additional cost and I am keeping my old very good tariff.

I called CPWH this morning, and they have approved the upgrade with no questions asked. Happy Days. A new phone (for the wife for christmas!) and a better tarif at a cheaper monthly payment for me!
