Hi everyone, I am new to the site but have been viewing for a while now. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their indirect help. This site has been so much comfort over the last few months. Knowing I am not the only one out there in my position and also knowing where to go to get those really strange questions answered.
I also thought I would let you know that I had my IVA approved today. The only variation was that Northern Rock insisted on it being a 6 year IVA, and an increase of £20 per month. My main creditor was MBNA, then Northern Rock and Barclaycard. I have been told they all agreed. As everyone says, it is such a relief and I can now look forward to a brighter future.
Hi Jimbo
well done on getting the iva approved today, you can now start to move forward.
Welcome to the forum, I've found so much help and support here and I'm sure you have too.
Enjoy your evening, knowing things are getting better for you now.
I know the feeling, mine was agreed yesterday and what a relief it is. Really pleased for you.
I agree, this forum is so supportive and helpful, it's great to meet people who aren't judgemental and are in the same boat. Though i'm new here, i have already learnt so much, only wish i'd found it ealier, the IP's and experts are brilliant.
Congratulations on your IVA being approved. Really pleased for you.
I hope you are going to keep posting to let us know how you are getting on.
