The Insolvency Exchange vote for Santander, so far as I am aware, and I have never seen them suggest that rent ought to be reduced. Do you live on your own in private rented accomodation?

OK - creditors often get funny about rent paid to family members, but so long as it is all justified it is unlikely that you would get a cheaper deal with a private landlord.

This is unlikely - the account will be temporarily frozen by your bank at the date of the bankrupty order, but this is likely to be reopened once your Trustee and bank have had the opportunity to speak to each other and agree a way forward.
