Hi Everyone,
I posted all my statements etc off to my IP today, very nervous!! still waiting to hear if i've got a new account with Nat West..., in everyones experience how long do you think it will be until i get a proposal back to sign?

Once your paperwork has been received by the IP, it shouldn't take long for the proposal to be drawn up, but of course how long will depend upon who you are with and how busy they are.

I'm sure it won't be too long though.

If you send in all of the paperwork, it should not take more than 6 weeks from start to creditors meeting. If the IP needs more information from you then this period could extend - but the ball is in your court rather.

good luck!!

not long now. you are a third of the way there. because the next two parts consist of the proposal being drawn up and accepted by you then the creditors meeting and the proposal being accepted by them. then the end of all this and beginning of IVA....
