can you fine people please tell me what company you have all doing your iva with, and your experienceswith them. i have decided to do an iva but need to know who are the best company to go with. i really want this to be as hassle free as possible as most people do. so please let me know your stories. are some better at keeping your payments down better than others? thanks everyone

The payments should be more or less the same with any company,it's based on your disposable income. Most ip's use the cccs guidelines to work out your allowances.

Ring a few for advice, or read previous threads to see who most people recommend. I used Vincent Bond then Melanie Giles, I was happy with both companies.

Take a look at www.iva.com

You will find a list of IP's and reviews on each. It is deffinitely worth ringing 2 or 3. They can explain ALL options open to you and the pros and cons of each.

It is not the IP's decision as to what you ultimately pay, but that of the creditors. The IPs role is to ensure that you are making the very best offer affordable, in order that it has the maximum chance of acceptance.

I'm with Melanie.. I have never had any complaints.. I would highly recommend her and her team.. They are lovely x

Hi Peterpan. Your best bet as advised is to research the www.iva.com site and read reviews on IP's. You will then have a fair choice to make.
