I will try and find out from TIX regarding creditfix and whether they did have 20 meetings adjourned.

i havnt had any contact with the ip susan wrigglesworth at all yet just someone called torbin wills who prepared my paperwork

That does not appear too bad - average protocol compliant IVA's are £1,500 plus VAT for Nominees fee and £600 +VAT for Supervisors fees. They are a little over that - but wonder why there was an adjornment - ask to speak to your IP and let us know as there has been nothing untoward at the Insolvency Exchange when I referred your matter to their head.

The only time I have spoken to my IP is when he phoned us to tell us the IVA had been accepted.
