My IVA completed in September it was linked with my partners. All my partners accounts are up to date and has no adverse entries on his credit file. However, I appear to be plagued by creditors who have not registered any defaults but continued to report on late payments on my credit file after the date of my IVA in 2008 and some as late as August this year. Also, my IVA is still on my credit file whereas my partners has been removed. I appear to be letting the side down yet again as we have put our mortgage back on repayment it has doubled and we feel like we are not benefiting from not being in the IVA as the mortgage payment swallows up what we were paying on the IVA. I feel like I am no further forward after 6 years:-( Can anyone suggest how to get these adverse entries removed? I have read the guides on here, but they have not defaulted the accounts only adversely reported on late payments and then marked them as settled. I am so frustrated! I don't want anymore credit but I just want to be clear. Am I expecting too much as we are only in November!

It is early days yet -- but it might be worth sending an email direct to the credit reference agency and see if they will contact the creditors on your behalf. Surprisingly they can be quite helpful.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
