My interest only mortgage won't be renewed. Any help appreciated as I don't want IVA to fail.

I also had this problem with Nram when they wouldn't renew my interest only, I sent my I&E in from IVA and went to appeal and they agreed to renew it for 12 months, so I've same problem again in sept 2013, hopefully they'll renew it again
