Congratulations from me too but I also would be interested to know how NR and HMRC were treated and voted.

I'll update you when I get the paperwork from DFD.

I know NR voted in favour and IR didn't vote, but they will both e=get a split of the money I pay DFD.

I dont understand this as IR have withheld my TAX Credits to repay the debt and we will continue to pay NR through a partner allowance to my husband for the full monthly payment - in my eyes this means they get more than their owed.

I asked DFD about this when discussing the outcome and they advised I phone NR and IR to ask how I should proceed???

Your partner is jointly liable for the NR debt, and therefore they may well get paid more than other creditors because of this. The tax credit debt should be repaid by the withdrawal of future benefit, so this should happen automatically.
