Please could you advised me of a mortgage lender who would accept me after completing an IVA July 2016 the IVA started June 2011 and has now been removed from my clearscore report. My fiancé says he will only go with a high street lender as he won't take on a high interest rate but I'm fearful they will just refuse us. Please could you advise me.

Have a word with Ryan and / or Shaun -- they are both whole of market brokers with experience in adverse credit and might be able to place you with a High Street lender, or one with competitive rates. Their details can be found under the "Quick Link" tab (top left) and the "The Team" on the drop down menu.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi,

Agree with Foggy - both have been more than helpful with other posters.

Totally agree with Ryan and his team, and I am confident Shaun would be just as useful.

Hi Katie,

Is there any reason why you have edited your post? It makes any subsequent answers meaningless and is against forum etiquette.

Hi Katie -- as Kalis mentions -- please do not edit posts once you have had a response as it makes the whole thread meaningless.
