Hi

I successfully settled my IVA early in 2010. My credit report is up to date and all the nasties should drop off on 02/11/2012.

At that time my wife and I will be looking to move house. Presently the mortgage is in her name only. We want to make a joint application will my IVA be a problem? It'll be over 6 years old and settled.

Thanks for your reply,I was a bit reluctant to hassle him yet as this isn't likely to happen until late in the year or maybe in to next year.

However I emailed and received a reply almost immediately. Can't praise him highly enough.
