I have just had a great conversation with a lady who told me that they were going to take me to court and did I have £11k to stop this happening.

I'm afraid I laughed at her and said "sorry, you can't take me to court, my IVA was accepted last week"

Met with stony silence!!!

I think I may have ruined her day!!

Made mine though!! I almost want them all to call now......

Well done you! The paperwork may not have reached the right departments yet, but I think that you handled that call rather well.

I actually rather enjoyed it!

Although I should be careful what I wish for, as if I get 5 calls an hour like some people have that will annoy the hell out of me.

To be honest, most creditors went very quiet in the run up to the date of the meeting - in fact it bothered me that they were so quiet!

More letters today, but I have put them in a special pile entitled "junk"!!
