That's sweet J.

Not that I have the most sympathetic cat - a few months ago I was upset as it was 10 years since my dad had died and I was telling Harry about dad and how much I missed him. All of a sudden he stood up, sighed (yes, I have a cat who sighs!), turned his back on me and started licking his backside! It made me laugh if nothing else!

Zim zim, that's awful. How can people be so cruel? Years ago Dave had a rescue cat who was pulled out of the river in a sack with his brothers and sisters. He was the only one who survived.

Personally I think that if anyone is cruel to animals they should have the same thing done to them to see how they like it.

I don't understand their mentality Skippy-i cannot abide cruelty or suffering to any type of animal. Totally agree with your last paragraph as well!

Couldn't agree more Skip!

Both our dogs are rescue dogs and totally adorable. One is a lurcher, the other a Heinz57 (we think he has some Staffie in him).

[:D] Ladyh!

I can't imagine not going home and having Harry waiting for me. He follows me into the loo, and if Dave gets up in the night Harry comes into the bedroom and nudges me until I do as well. That to me is priceless and he's worth every penny I spend on him.

For someone who used to be petrified of cats..... I love my 2 and my latest little additon is adorable too.

For a supposedly animal loving nation we don't half let animal abusers get away lightly [:(!]

I have to tell you, hubby accidently locked one of our cats in the shed overnight! [:0] She was not a happy *****cat this morning......I came to her rescue so I'm in the good books for a change! [:D]

I won't go to bed unless Harry Puss is indoors with his cat door safely locked!

I wasn't overly impressed with my two last night! I had the top half, of my half of the bed (if that makes sense!). I had to make myself really small so they could be comfy![:D][:D]

I love 'em to bits though and can't imagine life without them!

Not good Jan!

Harry decided to be playful at 3.30am Sunday morning - he was chasing a piece of cardboard along the hall floor so I threatened to shut him in the living room! Luckily he went back to sleep, and he's normally pretty good.

Normally they're not bad. She lies at the bottom and he curls up between us at the top!

Not last night though!

Pet's give out unconditional love, are rarely grumpy, and are so welcoming when you arrive through the door at hometime. Wish I could say the same for husbands!!
