T-mobile also gave me a contract for my daughter when I was in an IVA a very competitive contract. However, more recently my IVA finished as has my own contract with 02 and I applied to t-mobile for my own contract (hers is up to date and paid on time every month) and they declined me so I upraded my phone with 02. Bizarre
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

i would perhaps wait a month or two ie so as not to affect credit score any more than it may be already and then apply directly with Tmobile , either in an EE shop or on the website
i applied in a store , but recall other forum members have said they applied online and were approved no problem
I think im correct in saying its quite unusual for Tmob to decline anyone in an IVA
