Vodafone's T & C's state that they will terminate the contract if you become BR, but they have been fine with me. I actually told them I was BR and they asked me if I could make the payments and when I said yes they were happy for me to keep the contract.

At the end of the day they want to put something in the T/C to cover themselves, but if you are paying them on time in full then they'll never say no to money [:D]

My problem is I want to get away from Vodafone as I could get a much better deal (and phone) elsewhere. I'm probably going to get Dave to take out a contract in his name (O2 seem to do the best deals) and then cancel the Vodafone one.

Just to say we had no problem staying with T-Mobile and we changed our tariff.

I get the impression that its okay as long as you dont move operator.

Best

Hi Andy! Thanks, its good to be back!

Excellent work with the site Andy - it was good before but it looks as if you've given it a superb facelift!

Life in the IVA is tight but manageable thanks - although had a minor crisis last tuesday as car went up in smoke on the way to work (see
http://iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=8189)
What a start to 2008 eh?

Hope you are well!

Best

Hi

How bad is that Mobilefonez4u touting for new business on a IVA forum website, clearly they dodnt really understand that someone in an IVa is not going to be getting a new agreement on a mobile phone!!!
