Please ignore them no matter how hard you are finding the IVA these people are not worth it.
These companies are after one thing only robbing you of money when you are down. I have looked into everything and I FEEL KEEP WITH THE IVA COMPANY 5 YEARS WILL GO FAST!!!!!

Interetingly there is an Insolvency Practioner blog from a Mr NICK PEAT and he seems to have published some guidelines on when one should go IVA or BRupt. I have traced the source of the info and it comes from the Bankruptcy.co.uk website.
