Hi.
Keep getting letters to tell me I was mis-sold my IVA.I doubt it very much. However, even if I was what would the alternative be.Truth is all the information was available to us.We were desperate. We signed. And, up to now it's the best thing we've done for a long time now. However, I sort of understand when people believe they have been wrongly or poorly advised. If it wasn't for this forum I would still be very ignorant about alot of the processes and rules. The modifications were really hard to follow and I didn't know about the equity clause untill the mods came through.Still.We had no choice. We were/are insolvant.I'm glad we did it.

Cat - these letters are sent out by companies intent on making money, and with no other motivation. If your are happy with your IVA then I suggest you treat them in the same way as you do other junk mail.
