Hi,
I just want to let anyone considering using IP Suzanne Payne from Milner Boardman LLP know that I have had a great experience with them.

From the beginning they have treated us kindly and sensitively. They successfully secured agreement on an interlocking f&f IVA for my husband and myself at a creditors meeting on 29th August using the net proceeds of sale of our home and a third party contribution. They provided help and advice whilst creating our Income & Expenditure ensuring that I was realistically representing my families situation and utilised all allowable expenses. They were able to show that if the IVA was not accepted we would have nil income available to repay our creditors. They dealt with all aspects quickly and answered any questions I had in full. The prosposal was accepted with no amendments and was worded so that there was no minimum dividend required (a concern as I only had limited control over when the sale of our home completed and therefore the net proceeds eventually realised were slightly less than anticipated). It was Suzanne Payne who personally dealt with our queries and she made herself available whenever required. At one point I tried to withdraw the balance from my current account, however they refused due to being notified of the IVA. I phone Suzanne and she immediately faxed a letter direct to the bank giving permission to release the funds! The service I received couldn't have been more personal.

After not receiving a claim from one of the creditors my IP excluded them from the distribution of funds and last week we received our completion certificate [:D] If it hadn't been for Santander not submitting their claim I believe I would have received it even more quickly!

Thank you Suzanne Payne and thank you Milner Boardman!

Good to see a fellow IP getting such positive feedback from one of their clients. I am sure that Suzanne will be pleased to read this if she does look into the forum occasionally.

Feedback is always good to read especially when it's positive as all too often we only hear the negatives, thank you for sharing this with us.

Congratulations on being debt free.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
